The best wee chippy in midlothian
Very disappointed last night. Sept 2nd. Fish was tiny. Far too much batter and must have been lying on hot shelf for a very long time. We've been several times before and it was good. We will give it another chance
Best chippy in Midlothian! We’ve been looking for a decent choppy lately and none have really stood out until we came across this wee place. The chips are really tasty which makes a chippy in my opinion.
Best customer service. Problem with my order and it was rectified straight away with no fuss. Would 100% return. Food was excellent too and piping hot when it arrived

Drove to Pathhead as remembered that was the best place to get Fish and Chips a few years ago. Nice modern interior pickup place. Unfortunately really disappointing when opened the food when we got home. Fish was not even beer battered like their pictures show but instead coated in tasteless Panko breadcrumbs. Fish also dry and tasteless. Not traditional or special at all! What happened, did the famous fish and chips place shut down or I missed it on the high street?
Newly opened under new management. And so far highly impressed also totally refurbished looks awesome and some new things on the menu too
