Had a tyre check/change today by mark he was very helpful and very professional, and made it very quick and easy. Incredible customer service and very friendly staff, I learned a lot from his help and advice. Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely first class service from the moment I made the appointment. I wouldn't go anywhere else for tyres. I even bought the staff some biscuits to thank them for looking after me.

I'd had my car in to another tyre place where they had said they had fixed my slow puncture but hadn't. Kwik fit soon found the problem and fixed it. Excellent service

Very good service and when I asked staff questions I felt they were easily approachable and they were happy to help . I recommend this garage without hesitation!

The guys at Kwik Fit Wallasey are amazing. So helpful, informative and great at what they do. I had a puncture and took my car in for a new tyre. There were about 5 more customers in front of me, ironically all with tyre/wheel issues. They already had bookings through out the day to deal with plus only two guys on.  They were very honest and said it would take some time, I explained I needed my car by 2 if possible so they said they’d try. They got my tyre sorted and by 2pm which was amazing! I never take my car anywhere else, I’ve taken my car to another Kwik Fit but the service was nowhere near the service at Wallasey.  Kwik Fit should be proud of the Wallasey branch and give them some recognition.

I've got an Aygo that has no spare. I ordered online yesterday and the next available fitting slot was the following afternoon which I couldn't make because of work. I took my wheel off and went down anyway to see if they could do it then or drop it off for the following day. It was only 50 minutes before closing and they were really busy. The manager managed to squeeze me in after I explained my situation even though it was a struggle for them. Excellent customer service . Many thanks

The staff were extremely polite and attentive.  The provided me with all of the information required to ensure selected the correct product for me.  I time slot was available the following day and the work completed within the time scales they provided.

Yes stuck Keighley with burst tyre and kwik fit sorted me .then 3 weeks later had a flat ,kwikfit to the rescue again then failed MOT exhaust leak and kwikfit sorted it again

Both lads really helpful, professional and polite. Honestly, they could not have done a better job!
