Been going here since summer 2022, currently having a bit of a refurbishment and new lay down beds added. Clean and tidy with helpful staff from kwiktan and the casino staff when they are covering
Excellent as always and the lady in there with the dark hair don't know her name but think she's from Doncaster? Was fantastic she showed me how to use their new lay down beds which are great
Staff very nice and helpful .it's nice and clean .they have upgraded the card machine now tokens needed. Still has good. Nothings changed still has good.
No complaints from me... usually I can get straight in, albeit i use the standup beds. I notice there is usually a short wait for the laydown units. Price can be a little.high but they do have regular special offers on bulk booking and creams. Always clean and staff are generally friendly.
I walked in with a friend for the first time using a sunbed salon, and after asking for help with the machine I was demanded not asked for my ID which I had stupidly forgotten so I understood I wasn’t allowed to use the sun bed, the words she used “tire not going on, you look about 3” then ordered me to wait outside in 2* weather while my friend had her sunbed. I work in customer service and if this is how they treat willing customers, they won’t be here for much longer. Will not be using again.

A bit distressing. Things are changing for the worst.
Went this morning found staff not at all plesant, not at all like they used to be after tanning used sanitiser to clean the floor which had clearly not had a clean for quite some time, the paper was filthy and it was 9am so no excuses in this climate. Went in cubicle 2 and the door would not un lock. Tried and tried to open it but to no avail. After making my knuckles sore by banging on the door they had to open it from the outside. There was no apology what so ever they was only intrested in the next customer in. Good job i dont suffer from panic attacks and really glad there wasnt a fire think i would have had more of a tan than i bargainedfor. Will never go back
This is the best place to come to for a great tanning results...I've not been for a while but I do have an important wedding coming up where I need to really look my best, so I have booked a course again and got the offer coming up for a £10 for a block booking of 45 mins!
