So Unhappy with Kwik Fit Birmingham road Wolverhampton. Book my car about four weeks in advance for mot in case I would not get space. Unfortunately stupid Kwik Fit book my mot on the internet but not in the store. When I spoke to the manager this morning he wasn’t helpful at all. If he is manager he could deal with the issue much calmer and professional way. But he was slagging off this own internet team for not doing there job properly. Swearing and screaming on the team. But now Kwik Fit will not have any more of my custom. Plus I will cancel my three car insurances, my home insurance .plus I make sure my family will never go anywhere near Kwik Fit. I will happy to go elsewhere and spend my money. 😡😡

I took my car in today for a pre mot I was told there is a car booked in before mine they will call me when done so I walked home and waited for them to call me.1800 hours no call so I decided to walk back to kwikfit only to find the premises all locked up and my car inside. This means I will have to loose 4 hours of work tomorrow morning until they open to collect my car so I can get to work Thanks kwikfit you've cost me 80 pounds inc 30 pounds for my mot. Not happy will not recommend !!!!
