Emergency call in as we were travelling back ‘up North’ and had a horrendous noise coming from the back wheel. They took the wheel off, examined it, explained the potential problem and reassured us it was safe to travel. All the staff involved were extremely pleasant, helpful, reassuring and very efficient. We were back on the road in 15 mins and got home safely, with no more noise! Exceptional service from the team. Thank you.
My father brought his Lexus twice after encountering multiple punctures from 2 different tyres in unrepairable conditions because the car came with run-flat tyres from the factory. They had the run-flat tyres in stock and managed to get it done in a quick reasonable time and good customer-engaging service in the process
Best service I have received in a long time. Although I have a 2 litre engine, many are too tall for my car. The man on duty came out to look at the space available and photographed the battery I had already. I only had to wait a couple of days and then it was a really speedy fit. Turned out they found on their computer that as my old battery was just within warranty , so I had nothing my to pay. Really friendly, helpful people. Thanks kwik fit!
All of the team members were polite and enthusiastic to help. I’d like to mention Martin did a really good job on my MOT and explaining things in layman terms. Definitely happy to make this centre my local for car related issues.
My husband booked an appointment to add brake fluid at 10:30 on a Saturday for a job he was told would take 1hr. After 1.5 hours, they hadn’t even started the repairs and he was told come back in a few hours. First of all, why have a booking system if they can not honour the timings? Secondly, how can Kwik Fit staff assume that customers have all the time in the world to wait for a ‘kwik’ job? Thirdly, the staff, of whom there were only two, were incredibly dismissive when my husband asked for a refund. There are simply not enough staff and the staff need customer service training in etiquette.
Have used this garage for a few years whilst I lived in the area, was always given good service, and on the odd occasion that something wasn't quite right, it was sorted straight away with no issues. Manager and staff go above and beyond to help and the prices and service are great.
It was a pleasant visit no issues or concerns. The attendees were cheerful and polite and I got what i came for which was an MOT pass for my car with relevant advice to follow up.
I had the pleasure of being looked after by Nish and his team at Kwik Fit West Norwood. I must say what a delightfully, diligent team, who put customer service as their primary focus. I was having a terrible day, because my tyre cover company were taking extra long to authorise my tyre repair- even though they kept saying in the next hour… the only thing that kept me calm was Nish and his team who did their very best to make my experience less traumatic. I have to say a BIG shout out to Nish, for managing such a busy branch and still give outstanding customer service.
Great customer service. The employee helping me was just fab. Knew his stuff, great sense of humour and very efficient, even made the heart stopping cost for one tyre not seem that bad.
I had made an appointment for 3pm for a change of one tyre that cost me just under £260. They kept me waiting until 5pm, so I missed my hospital appointment that I had been waiting months for. I finally got out after 6pm. Disgusting
