Just turned up and asked for my 4 wheel alignment to be checked... the gents could not be more helpful. The team were fully trained in the Hunter system, which a duplicate of the screen was displayed in the reception so you could see exactly see what was happening in real time. All for a great price too (approx £100). Thanks to all the team.

They wouldn’t really listen to the problem that I had. Whilst on holiday in Scotland I had repairs done by a Kwik Fit store who promised I could take it to any branch if there were any issues following the new parts. A week later I went to the Sutton Kwik fit store and they just kept telling me to take it back to the original branch. No point being a chain and making promises if you can’t hold to them!

Eventual result was good, but quite a pain getting there. I booked online in the end, it was easier than talking to (and getting the attention of) the staff.

Booked online appointment which was easy. Turned up a little early but got seen straight away.. Had a problem with my exhaust.. They ordered the part and fixed it straight away... Very polite and helpful.. A little expensive but great service as I didn't have time to shop around. I would go back again...
