Carl and Josh were brilliant! Came from work on a Sunday had a blow out on my tyre. They put a new tyre on in short order! I'll highly recommend this shop. They're wonderful!
Well not pleased to say the least. Bought some premium tyresPirelli from Rotherham branch and paid online for everything and drove off thinking great all sorted. Had to take it back as balancing was out. They told me to wait 3 hours! I couldn't so took it to another garage and they told me balancing hadn't been done!! Rubbish service and getting charged for something I hadn't had.. £8.95 for each wheel. Never again visit this place.
30 Aug. Needed new battery asap. Spoke to Brad on telephone Told me to go straight down. Free battery test. Advised needed new battery. Full explanation given. Alternator checked too. Brad was concerned when he noticed leak on fuel pipe. He did his best to provide temporary repair. Never met such a respectful and concerned mechanic. Kwik - Fit should be proud. I had to travel from Rotherham to Chesterfield so his assurances were very reassuring. I am 69 and my 90 year old mum was with me. Thank you Brad Wendy Pearson
Great service from the team, dropped car off for MOT, updated with what was needed, resolved and car returned. Easy, decent price and friendly enough so we will be back.
These guys did a great job, I 100% recommend them.
Excellent service - Brad and another member of the team fixed an issue that was caused by another garage, the price was great, and they were keen to help me. They were great to chat to, and they are clearly into their cars, so I have no doubt that they know what they're doing. I was also given some good advice on how I could fix a few bodywork issues with my car at home, so that I didn't have to splash out on a costly fix somewhere else. I'd really recommend this branch.
Staff were more than helpful, I'd stupidly ordered the wrong tyres and they immediately sorted it and got me in the next day..Brilliant service!!
Called about checking my tyre pressures and they were able to see me straight away. The guy helping was friendly, helpful and very professional.
