Not a reliable service. 0/10 customer service You speak to customers and treat them like you’re doing them a favour for a service being paid for. Waited for 2 weeks for a booked MOT and service, arrived there at 9am, was told I’ve missed my appointment for service at 8:30 meanwhile nothing was communicated to me about that specific time. Didn’t receive any text or email confirming the said time. After wasting 2 weeks of waiting, I was told to be rebooked the following week Thursday, 18/01/24. Got there by 9am and was told my name wasn’t added to diary and so nothing can be done for me. No remorse, no apologies, not even a seat offered all the times I’ve been there. Treated me like a useless person. Not sure if it’s because of my race, who does this to a customer?
Kwik Fit came to my rescue last week when I woke to a flat tyre and had to drive my son over to nursery. I arrived at 8.40 without an appointment and they sorted it within 20mins - replaced the tyre and let my son and I sit and wait watching cartoons. Very reasonable cost and couldn't have been more efficient. Thank you!

This was an emergency booking as the AA dropped off the car out of hours the day before due to a burst tyre. Despite not having booked in the car the staff slotted me in to replace the burst tyre the next day. Such an helpful and friendly service.
Simon is always very helpful, efficient and polite. He encourages his staff members to act in a similar way. I have never had a cause for complaint when using this branch.
I was happy that I had new tyres ready for my mot. However before I drove away I was informed that i needed brake discs and pads. My car went in to my normal garage the following day and I was told there was plenty of wear on these brakes it didst even register as an advisory! So the job I booked in for was done well however the advice i received subsequently was not great!

Booked my car in to the Ramsgate centre for a service. the manager Simon was very helpful and reassured me the car will be be done at a reasonable time. When I collected the car he went through the report produced by the service technician. This has to be the best experience I’ve had with any Kwik fit branch over the years. Would highly recommend this centre to friends and family
Everything I asked for was done. Despite it being a bank holiday the staff were happy, friendly and helpful.
