Absolutely brilliant service. Despite the length of time for an appointment slot 2 weeks, I was really happy with the work done to my car. Once initial appointment was booked in, I received text reminders of my appointment slot. An hour or so after I dropped my car off, I received a telephone call from a mechanic who informed me of the issue with my exhaust and was provided with a quote for the work required. I was so pleased with the quote, as it was the cheapest one I received £80 less, and would be undertaken by a branded garage with a good reputation so I agreed for them to do the work. I informed the mechanic of another issue I was concerned about and he checked that out and advised me about this when I came to collect, with a full explanation and quoted this too. The work was completed to a high standard and I was given a complete breakdown of the work carried out. I have booked in to have the other issue fixed now. Think I've found my regular local mechanics. Thank you.
After a bad experience at another branch & me not going back to Kwik-Fit since. This experience was spot on, people in branch couldn't do enough & work was done as expected. Would definitely recommend this branch to others people buy from people & this branch has got this process nailed down with its customers the customer journey was faultless from picking up the phone getting a quote to being booked in to turning up to appointment.
Very quick service. I arrived twice in a two week period with flat tyres and each occasion they were replaced within 2hrs whilst I waited. It's a Thrifty rental car so may get priority but good service nonetheless.
Went into Kwik Fit stafford this morning to enquire about having my brakes checked as they have been grinding since having new ones fitted a little over two weeks ago, The guy behind the desk said only if I left the van with him all day, which would have been fine but then he made an arsey comment about not being able to run the centre as well as do all this. Not the best customer service I expect from this reputable brand
Arrived just before closing and the team were very happy to accommodate and fit the 2 new tyres I needed and do the tracking. Very helpful and will come again
Incredibly slow service and no communication. Brought the car back after 1 1/2 hours. Still had to wait a further half an hour before they began to change the tyre. Sat there while others were seen. Not again.
After an M6 puncture, and a run on the “get you home” spare I found KF on the Stafford ring road. Although the team were booked up they asked if I could get back before the 4 o’clock Sunday close. They gave me a good price on a Pirelli cinturato and when I got back after a friendly phone call the job was done. A great friendly team helpful polite and good humoured. Well done KF and the Stafford team leader, sorry didn’t note his name.
booked in for an MOT unfortunately the car failed which meant i would have to re book in for the repair work that needed to be done. chris the MOT tester is a star thanks to him he quickly repaired the faults without having to replace any parts whilst his next Mot was due in 20 minutes. i just can’t fault chris he’s a credit to kwik fit *****

Never been before today, manager who was running the place clearly snowed under with only him and one other staff member on but took the time to see to me and get my car sorted. Never normally leave reviews but just felt he deserved it, be taking my car back for any problems in the future
