The guys I dealt with were great. Quick service and polite. and accommodated my request for longer valve stems to be fitted.
A polite and friendly greeting was followed by a prompt and efficient service, even though I didn't book an appointment. I was also provided with an image via email of the location of a screw embedded in my tyre to confirm that the damage was irreparable.
Booked in my car for a brake fluid change on the 29th december.i arrived in good time only to be told they didnt have the staff to do the job.they then moved my appointment to the 3rd January. I arrived in good time again only to be told they didn’t have the staff to do the fluid change again! When i asked what they were going to do for me the guy serving just gave me a number for customer services which ive currently been on hold for 25 minutes trying to get a refund. this is my first and last time using kwik fit, absolute waste of my time.****update. Its been two months after contacting kwik fit with my details like they asked and ive heard absolutely nothing back! They dont care!do yourself a favour and dont let these clowns anywhere near your vehicle
One word......RUBBISH. I visited this shoddy centre over the Easter Bank Holiday Weekend. Saturday they ordered tyres because a tyre centre didn't have any tyres there. Come Monday Sir at 11.00 am. I arrived to be told that no one works on a Bank Holiday Monday and no tyres have arrived. Why couldn't they say this? Where was a courtesy call to say no tyres have arrived. Disappointing
Excellent service at Basford. Called in with a flat and they replaced 3 tyres. So helpful and friendly, kept me informed all the time. Really quick service, even having to go to another branch to get the tyres! Can’t recommend them enough, excellent, thank you

Jordan and the other guy, sorry I didn't get his name were brilliant, I had a puncture and they managed to get me in and sort my problem. They were very helpful
Wonderful service. The staff here are a marvel! Arrived a few minutes to closing time with a flat tyre and was seen promptly - tyre changed in minutes. Staff were friendly, professional, and kind. Thank you so much Jordan and team for saving me in an emergency.
I rang up on the off chance that my motobility car could be looked at as there was a 3inch split on the offside drivers tyre. We are very busy, but if you would like to sit and wait we will fit you in. The staff were brilliant, my car was fitted with a new tyre and I was in and out in less than an hour. Fantastic service and well done, thank you very much.
