Fantastic Service!! Has an emergency requiring a new tyre but no flexibility with time I'm due to take the car abroad tomorrow. Despite having no space in the diary, they pulled out all the stops and managed to squeeze me in first thing this morning. All sorted within 40 minutes. Thanks gentlemen - great service, great job, great attitude. Can't recommend highly enough.

Very impressed with Manager Gerard and his team. I Limped in with a screw through tyre wall and to make matters worse, my husband had important hospital appointment in afternoon. Gerard fitted me in whilst I waited. The lad even checked all the other tyre pressures without me asking. Very courteous and delivered a high and respectful standard.

Took vehicle to be assessed yesterday after finding a nail in my tyre. Was assured that the tyre was irreparable and quoted £550 for a replacement, but advised two tyres to balance on the axel were required i.e. £1,100 for two. Shopped around and found that I could source the same OEM pair for £771 fitted at a garage of choice the next day, which I arranged. On arrival ready for fitting, the second garage advised that the damaged tyre was absolutely reparable and did so on the spot £26 and arranged the return and refund of the ordered tyres on my behalf. The moral of the story? If you drive a relatively expensive car, take Kwik Fit advice with a pinch of salt and get a second opinion before allowing them to fleece you! And no, I won't be contacting customer service - I just won't return...
Went in this morning after a disaster with tyre puncture on Mother’s Day! Lance got the car booked in within 2 hours and we made it in time for Sunday lunch. Great service and totally transparent communication with the issue. Thank you!
Paid for full service, waited for garage to get back with a quote for parts from MG so that everything can be done. Said they call Monday morning but didn’t. I called twice finally called be back after 4 to say no parts available only from MG which I already knew. Said they’d call back today still no call. So for£267 all I’ve had done so far is oil change and air filter and been told what needs doing, which I already knew. This is the second time I’ve had a bad experience.
My experience with Kwik Fit was extremely disappointing. After booking my car for an MOT, it failed due to issues with the suspension arm ball joint dust covers, steering rack gaiter, and anti-roll bar linkage ball joint. They quoted me £600 for repairs. However, upon consulting my regular mechanic, who had replaced the front suspension arm ball joint and dust covers just six months prior, I discovered that the parts were still in perfect condition. My mechanic fixed the other issues for £200. When I contacted Kwik Fit to arrange a retest and expressed concerns about the dust covers, they agreed to recheck but were unhelpful when my wife brought the car in for the retest, claiming the tester was unavailable. Despite my attempts to resolve the situation, they were dismissive and rude, offering no solution except to wait for the tester to return to work. Their lack of accountability and professionalism throughout this process has been frustrating, and it appears they may be intentionally delaying the retest to force me to pay for a new MOT. In conclusion, Kwik Fit failed my car on unjust grounds, attempted to overcharge for unnecessary repairs, and refused to accommodate a retest in a timely and respectful manner.
Great job done by Lance! Quick and efficient, easily sourced the issue and got parts delivered and fitted in less than 24 hours. Would definitely come back for his service!
