Took my car in for a back tyre and oil/filter change. The oil and filter change was quick and efficient. After all 4 tyres were checked and photographed, and the balding one was changed, it was highlighted that the other back tyre had a very serious crack down the entirety of the section between the treads. Luckily there was another tyre available for me to have fitted too. The work was undertaken by Steve, who was super friendly, professional, knowledgeable and did the work to a very high standard. Having felt like I've been ripped off at other places, Steve was really transparent about the pricing, the work he was completing, and any other work that might need doing in the future, without adding any pressure to get sorted out by him. I left the garage feeling very satisfied with the work, and will definitely be returning for any other car related issues in the future. The other staff members were friendly and professional and looked to be very busy during the time I was there ~2 hours. Shout out to you all working hard in 30+ heat, and getting so many cars in and out in a very timely manner. Thanks lads, I would have never noticed the very obvious perishing of the other tyre! 5* to you!
Highly recommend this garage for an MOT. They were professional, friendly, and kept me updated throughout. It’s hard to find a garage you can fully trust, but these guys are honest and fair. Fantastic service from start to finish! Will be back next year.
Tyre loosing pressure, took it to Jamie and the team who dealt with me quickly, allowed me to leave the car with them as I work nearby and kept me up to date by text message throughout the process. Tyre was able to be repaired, very reasonable pricing. Thank you!
Kwik Fit has always been a good company to fix your car up because I have been using them ever since I lived in London I now live in Sheffield and they were the first people I looked up on the internet once I got a puncture the service was quick prompt and reasonably priced, what more can I say and they always do a great job whatever the outcome under highly recommend themn
Did my tracking here, was very efficient and quick. Could do with a coffee machine cause if your waiting you kinda need something. Above all 10/10
