Great service, great price. Maybe a bit petty but..... Had 2 front tyres fitted, next day adjusted the tyre pressures as one was incorrect, the silver dust caps that were supplied with the car, one had been replaced by a black one, yes its petty but its the daft little things that matter ! Will definitely use again.
Back exhaust box fell off car on my way to work on Tuesday 20/12 and phoned Kwik fit, said they could do it on Thursday 22/12 cos of getting parts. But phoned me back on Tuesday and said parts had arrived early and could do it. Took the car in and was done. What fantastic service and team....Brilliant.
Always guaranteed a great service. I hadn’t pre-booked as I found a screw in my tyre that was causing a slow puncture. I took my car down and was greeted straight away. I knew from having my MOT test carried out, at the same branch, that both rear tyres would need to be changed soon and one of them was one with the puncture. My car was taken in and I requested that 2 new tyres were fitted. I was given a choice of price options, made a decision and within half an hour the work was complete. Job well done!
After having said some 4 years ago that I would never go there again due to very bad service, I was desperate for a battery fitting to my car. Steve said to go immediately and he would sort it. He was a quick, reliable, polite young man and I will definitely go there again.
I went to get a new tyre for my car as I had a puncture went in but they did not have one in stock so had to order one and book me in next day which was to be expected the staff was great friendly and helpful i needed their help to fill out some claim forms and they were more than happy to do it for me I cannot rate high enough I would highly recommend and definitely will use again
Excellent service, simple booking online to change over all 4 tyres. Small wait but no issues.
Phoned up to book in for air-con regas and was booked in the following morning at 9am. FREE aircon check to determine whether it was required and viable. Dropped the car off and was called 2hrs later to pick it up. £60.00 and now like a refrigerator. Simple, quick and effective. Cheers guys!
Called this morning at very short notice as I need to drive to Scotland on sunday. These guys offered me an absolutely amazing service, within 2 hours my suspension arm was ordered and fitted and they did my alignment as well. Absolutely gorgeous service! Thank you ever so much xx
