The guy who served was very helpful even though there were many customers already waiting. He gave me a solution and when I returned later to collect my wheel, offered a discount which was fantastic. Would recommend them again.
Peter went above and beyond to make sure my service and MOT and repairs were done as quick as possible despite the technical challenges they had with the ramps. Top communication and found me the best deal. Thank you very much.
I've been to this Kwik Fit a few times and consistently have mixed or disappointing experiences. These range from being quoted for unnecessary works, having auto problems that I've pointed out either ignored or not taken seriously, and a lack of communication from the staff. The wait times are generally quite long, although they are honest about the wait times and do their best to get people in and out as quickly as possible, which I appreciate. This makes me wonder if they have a problem with poor staffing or overbooking. I really feel for the team because I think they are doing their best, but I do feel like they could use some customer service or unconscious bias training, or at least be given the resources to hire more staff.
Really appalling. They rang me 5 mins before my MOT was due to let me know the MOT tester was not in. My mot Has run out and I now have to drive back home with no MOT. My test was booked at 3.15 in the afternoon.
The issue that I have was that we booked in advance because it was looking to be a bit of a busy day. We had a 12:00 appt and turned up at exactly 12 on the dot only to be told they were running behind schedule and that it was going to be a 2 hour wait. I had to go to my afternoon rehearsal for an evening concert a whole hour late. Luckily it was a meal time so was able to go to a pub and have some lunch, but feel really sorry for people that had perhaps not planned this over a mealtime. Kwik fit in Fareham have been ok in the past so I wasn't prepared to this - to be clear, this is not a complaint about the member of staff who served us who was extremely apologetic and was obviously quite run off his feet. I just think you need to look into your system and make the waiting times a lot shorter and perhaps bring in more staff have a backlog for the weekends that you can contact?

So efficient and kind. Really grateful for a professional service when we really needed it after getting a nail in our tyre on a Sunday.
I booked through the website to secure a slot. When i arrived, after waiting 15 mins past my allotted time slot, i was informed by the person on duty that his colleague was about to go on lunch and i would have to leave the vehicle with him and he will get the new tyres fitted when he could. I asked how long as i needed the car that afternoon, to which he asked me when the latest time i needed it by. I told him and he said 'not a chance'. I ended up having to re-book in for the next working day. Luckily, the team on duty on Monday was brilliant and the work was carried out on-time. My point is, if weekend staff are not capable to carry out appointments at certain times due to staff breaks, capacity due to lower staffing levels etc. then the slots should not be available to customers.
Went for a MOT, on arrival the gentleman said it would be ready in an hour came back an hour later and it was ready! Fast service, friendly and knowledgeable staff. I would definitely recommend and I will be returning.
Excellent service. Wheel Alignment was more expensive than other retailers. Price for that is not easy to find on your website.
