Booked an appointment for my Air Con to be re gassed on Sunday 12/05. Arrived 15 mins early to be greeted by a gentleman working alone on a few cars. Was told to come back in 45 mins. Got a call when it was ready. Excellent service.. sorry didn't catch the guys name but big thank you.

Extremely disappointed, I had a slow puncture on my tyre which i took to the Fulham branch to get fixed or replaced. They assured me it could be fixed and said they repaired it thoroughly. Today I drove off after just over a day from the repair and the tyre is already deflating. I even told them I’m about to go on a long trip at the end of the week and told me I would be fine as I only replaced the tyre less than a month ago
I was early for my appointment because I wanted to make sure I had ordered the correct tyre on line. When I arrived a mechanic had already seen my order came over to me and before I could say it he said "I'm really sorry but you have ordered the wrong tyre. Excellent knowledge. He then went through what tyres he had in stock and gave some recommendations. We picked one and agreed they could start the work. The mechanic who was then doing the work was polite and professional. The work was carried out in a timely manor and was expertly done. As far as I can tell but what do know : I walked away thoroughly impressed.
I recently visited KwikFit Fulham, and once again, it was a fantastic experience. The staff is consistently polite and friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. I needed my tyre replaced, and they efficiently took care of it in no time. Happy days indeed!
Fantastic customer service from the Manager, Ashley. He is incredibly helpful, kind and polite - helped me to find the best and most cost efficient solution to the issue with my car. Really stellar service - highly recommended by me!
