I had A puncture I picked up in scarborough, and non of the neaest one to me could fit me in . I stopped here and he said leave it with me . 45 mins after I dropped it off I was away with a fixed puncture , Best Customer Service ever .
Had an amazing experience imran khan the mot tester was very helpful at explaining why my car has failed and what it needs to pass managed to sort it out and have the car back on the road.
I came to this centre on Saturday, I had a noise on my car, it was checked by 4 different garages but they couldn't resolve it and I was told by this brother to come to this centre because of imran khan the mot tester who has experience has a level 3 diploma and is a mot tester according to my brother that knows him. He told me imran was the best technician he knew, but I wasn't sure as many technion failed to find the issue however I was surprised when he had found the issue within a few mins thank u so much Mr imran khan this was a big relief. I finally drove away happy thanks to the mot tester imran khan
Yesterday, May 30th 2024, after work, I discovered I had a completely flat tyre. I drove to Kwik Fit which was thankfully just round the corner on the flat and luckily was met by Jacob one of the mechanics who was busy working on another job. I can honestly say he was the most fantastic employee I have met in a long time. He dropped what he did and checked my vehicle and finding the tyre to be destroyed, changed the tyre for a new one in about 15 minutes! He was polite and incredibly helpful and got me back on the road in no time. Price was very reasonable as well! Absolute legend! Deserves a pay rise and all whilst dealing with other customers and doing admin as well. Superb service!
I contacted Kwik Fit Regent Street leeds this morning. To enquire about the cost and duration of a brake fluid replacement service. £ 49.95 . Which also includes a free brake check and report . They fitted me in at 12pm. Dropped off at 11.30am they were very busy. However very helpful and informative about the service. Picked back up at 2.30pm with a clean bill of health as no. Remedial work required. So no charge. Jacob was very professional throughout. As I said they were very busy. Five stars from me!
Great staff friendly and efficient managed to squeeze me in same day lads in reception were very polite and informed me well of the problem I had with my car and the best course of action to take can’t thank them enough would highly recommend!
Was about to depart for a funeral in Lincolnshire when I noticed a nail in a tyre. Visited Kwik fit in Chapel Allerton who were far from helpful. Colleagues in Regent Street were the polar opposite and got me back on the road within the the hour. Duty manager and Imran, the fitter, were wonderful and are a credit to the company.
Been to this garage a few times now, always recieved lovely service and polite friendly staff. Would definitely return again
Had to wait for a while as I was just a drop in, but I was advised of that. Price charged was a little more than quoted no reference was made to the additional fitting charge, but overall it was a good service.
Obviously I wasn't happy to have to buy a new tyre when the damaged one had plenty of tread left! But the small team were prompt & explained why the tyre was irreparable. In general their comminication skills were good.
