My car had a problem with the exhaust on a Sunday afternoon. I called before going, I was told to bring in down first thing Monday morning. I asked if I could drop it off and leave it overnight. That was fine. When we arrived, the guy said he would look at it that afternoon. I got a call an hour later giving me a price, and I could pick it up an hour later. I'm really impressed with this service. From the point of contact to collection, it took 3 - 4 hrs on a Sunday. Big thumbs up
Brilliant service every time I go there. Had a screaming sound from one of the wheels they booked me in that day and looked at it. No fault with it probably a stone caught up. So didn’t get charged. When they have charged for work I’ve had done it’s always been reasonable. Would only take the car somewhere else if it was work they couldn’t normally do. 10/10
Phoned by manager to explain part of the order hadn’t arrived, but could fit more expensive tyres at the same price. All the staff were very courteous and pleasant.nVery impressed with the managers handling of a very difficult customer whilst waiting for my car.
I was unable to return the call from your operative Michael on Sunday morning. I rang Quickfit 25 times. My partner rang five times and my daughter rang four times. I also tried to reply via the voicemail that he left and was unable to get connected to Quickfit Crossgates. Other than that the service was excellent.
Ben Clifton, the manager of Leeds Crossgates is an incredibly professional, polite and helpful guy; a real credit to Kwik-Fit. I called needing a puncture repair and brakes, Ben quickly priced up the job and make space in the schedule to fit me in that day. The price was competitive and the work carried out quickly.
