Fabulous service today by Ryan and Kane think that is their names. I turned up without an appointment as I thought I might have a nail in my tyre… I had a puncture and they sorted me out in under an hour even though they were so busy.
Staff were nice, knowledgeable and welcoming. Waiting area and toilet were clean. Forecourt was clean and parking available.nI dropped by in an emergency and I was able to get my tyre changed within 30 mins on a Saturday. The server I dealt with gave me all options available to me including pricing.nI felt listened to and received an outstanding service
AVIODnI had an incredibly disappointing experience at Kwik Fit Kettering and would not recommend their services to anyone. The lack of professionalism and communication was shocking from start to finish. Despite paying for a full service, key elements of the work I was promised were either missed or completely ignored.nnTo make matters worse, I received no paperwork or documentation after the service was supposedly completed, leaving me with no proof of what if anything had been done. When I raised my concerns, the staff were extremely rude and dismissive, showing no interest in resolving the issues or providing any kind of explanation.nnOverall, it felt like they had no regard for customer satisfaction or basic standards of service. Save yourself the frustration and take your car elsewhere.
