Fantastic service from Jack and Tom today. Had a slow puncture and popped in on the off chance. The two lads were great, I couldn't remember where the locking wheel nut was, I took ages to find it, no issue for the lads. Also had my dog in the car, they were great with him to. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing this garages services.
Made an appointment for new tyres to be fitted. The service was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. You could really tell the lad really cared about his job - think his name was Ryan and he was pleasant and professional. Would definitely go here again for work on my car! Thank you
Took my car into Colwyn Bay branch today as my metal dust caps had corroded and were impossible to remove. I was really worried that it was going to become a safety hazard as the tyre was slowly deflating and needed pumping up. I was seen by Ryan who was not only extremely polite and friendly, he was able to somehow get the caps off for me while I waited. It is such a refreshing change to be served by someone with a smile on their face. Even more so when they genuinely want to help. Thanks for such excellent customer service. I will definitely be back.
Super impressed with these guys was not satisfied with advice from another garage & Ryan in Colwyn Bay has now dealt with what my car needed. As a vulnerable widow I'm reassured now as my grandson travels in my car. Will defo deal with Kwik fit in future. I have nothing but praise for the prompt service & a heated waiting room added bonus
Very good service. Came in at 08:30; agreed to come back at 2pm as I was too short of time to wait 30 mins that morning. Bay was free when I arrived at 2pm. I wanted to fix my front right tyre from a slow puncture. Most garages I’ve been to just want to replace the tyre, not repair it. Was so stoked when they fixed the valve on front right and then found a nail in another which they plugged. Can’t beat the service nor how I was treated. Manager cares for his staff from what I saw which is also a great reason to use this garage. Thank you again.
I had two new tyres fitted on my BMW and what a fantastic service! I have used many Kwik Fit's in the past and these are by far the best. Dewi and his team take a lot of pride in their work. Even the customer toilets are spotless! Kwik Fit headoffice - look after these boys!
I booked an appointment for a tyre change at 8:30am via their website. The process was straightforward. I arrived at 8:25am just as they were opening. I dropped my key off along with locking wheel nut, and was invited to wait as it would only take 30 minutes. I had other things to do but went back in 40 minutes and collected my car. Extremely efficient service. Would highly recommend if you need car tyres.
Arranged appt for 5pm to attend to slow puncture. Very courteous staff, covered seat before driving car in, kept me informed of progress, sat in very clean waiting room with “as new” disabled toilet facility in sparkling condition. Completed repair reinstated wheel and reset vehicle software. Excellent service, thoroughly recommend premises and staff.
Excellent, fast service. Needed a new back box for the exhaust on a Nissan Note. Phoned them at 9.30, took the car there at 10.00. They ordered a new back box, which came from Chester. It was fitted and done by 2.00pm.
Highly recommended, fast polite service from start to finish! Fast but thorough, they don't cut corners to be quick. You have just added another happy customer to your business.
