1st point of contact was Carl; Polite and Knowledgeable A+. Arrived early and met by Ryan, Now, before I say more you need to know that I have had my Cars serviced and re-booted around the world! Kwik Fit at Colwyn Bay, their Staff and Ryan in particular deserve a Five Star Award for Honesty, Integrity and Professionalism; Sure I've had great service in my 59 years of Motoring but Ryan and his team are the Best; Thanks Guys.
Wonderful, friendly customer service from Dewi Jones. We were on a long journey and the wing mirror was hit at 8.30 am on the Saturday morning of the August Bank Holiday, needing immediate repair. Dewi did a fantastically efficient job and we were back on the road within half an hour. We were so impressed and grateful - could not recommend Kwik Fit Colwyn Bay more highly.
Very professional friendly bunch of guys. We are on holiday and have a motorbility car the online booking system said Friday at earliest so I rang branch in a panic and they got me in same day. Great service! Thank you so much

I went the Colwyn Bay branch to have a wheel vibration investigated.nRyan, the manager explained the problem was with the brake caliper sticking which had in turn, warped the disc.nAs I was only up from Kent for the weekend to attend a family event, time was not on my side.nRyan ordered the parts and despite having a full diary on the Saturday, he managed to fit the repair in.nThe service was fantastic, couldn't fault it. I'm extremely grateful.
