I had my brake pads and brake discs replaced at Kwik Fit and was really impressed with the whole experience. The mechanics explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and gave me confidence that the job was done to a high standard. My car now drives smoothly and feels much safer. The staff were welcoming, the pricing was fair, and the workmanship was excellent. I’ll definitely be returning for future maintenance!

Having the rear box go on your vehicle on Christmas Day isn't exactly what everyone wants to happen! But these guys at the Exmouth Devon branch of KwikFit got my vehicle booked in as soon as was possible after the break! I was profoundly grateful, as I live in a country area and need a vehicle. Really helpful and nice guys to deal with. Very happy, would recommend them.

Thanks for the excellent service Brad! Having sustained a torn tyre after hitting a pothole I arrived in the middle of a very busy Saturday afternoon courtesy of the AA and Brad fitted me in before closing time.

Made the mistake of taking the name literally and didn’t call ahead. Went into reception yesterday at 12.30 and asked for a headlight to be fitted. Man said that he was on lunch although he was at the reception desk. Asked when he could do it said 3.30pm. Went to Halford’s Exeter no problem.

My wife picked up a bolt in her tyre, so limped into this branch to see if they could help - at least to put a spare on for her if nothing else, obvs we would be willing to pay for this.  The 3x guys in the office stated they couldnt help - not even put the spare on - as they had appointments due anytime.  I understand about booked appointments, but only one vehicle was on a ramp in the whole workshop and no one near it.  To blatantly turn away a women on her own with fast-deflating tyre is disgusting, I assume they wouldnt want their female family members to be treated like this in the same situation?  Fortunately, an independent garage, Exmouth Tyre & Exhaust helped her out straight away - highly recommend btw.
