I went to kwik fit and I was very disappointed with the service, kwik fit were clearly trying to make a buck. The situation I was in was so easy to determine my tire valve was lose and asked if they would tighten it" , his next words were " it must need a new valve that will cost 12 pounds!" Not even observing the tire for me even know i know it's the valve! it was a guess on the spot as if he knows that he's doing this is illegal! ! He could be doing this left right and centre absolute. There was a customer I front of me and he pressured her into doing something for 400 pounds I felt horrible the he kept making her feel it had to be done... anyway I had a new tire put on that morning and the valve wasn't tightened enough to keep the air in wasn't hard to tell it just needed tightened with a valve key. He just plain and simple tried to con me out of some money and he was completely ignorant. 0/10 avoid if possible. 

 I have heard worse that are not on the Google reviews be warned select somewhere more trustworthy and not maney grabbers. Be warned if you go to Kwik fit irvine you will be ROBBED.

Repaired my flexi pipe and center section of exahust of my astra I was very pleased whith the service they were very helpfull and polite. Nice new customer waiting area aswell A+++

This is a very busy branch but the staff work hard to deal with queues that start each morning. First come first served is the rule and in general it works well. On my last visit one lady was verging on rude and aggressive because she waited and on exam was told that they didn’t have the part/tyre in stock. She had to leave with the job not done, and “wasted “ 45minutes   
The waiting area is clean and warm with a free supply of tea and coffee while you wait. The staff provide a good service to me as a disabled driver. I generally ring in advance to check tyre size and turn up the next morning. The staff contact Motability and discuss my need and invoicing, it really takes away any worry. 
The nationwide company perform a great Service to disabled drivers, especially at this busy branch.
