wasted my day off.........my headlights seemed not to be working properly, so I called in, on my one day off, to have my battery checked first, then while I was there, they "checked" my headlights. I am no expert, so I believed the young man, who told me it was all fine. I have since been told it was my dipped headlights that are not working atall. The reason my lights seemed so dim when driving in the dark, was because only my sidelights had been working. If this man had told me this, I could have had it sorted either there, or gone elsewhere. Instead I went home, and believed him, thinking it must be my imagination. I need my car in the dark tonight, as I babysit regularly. I have no option but to get a taxi, as I'm working all day, so no time to go and have the problem sorted. I feel this was careless, and has cost me time, and now money. I wont use this store again.
