The standard Kwik-fit store. Staff are friendly and prices seem to match those of other Kwik-fits. Wait times tend to be low. Unfortunately limited space outside - maybe 4 spaces - so always worth ringing forward.

Went for the free winter check as advertised. I knew I needed front wipers. They put new wipers on filled up screensaver and gave the car a clean bill of health. Very professional.

I am extremely upset by a recent visit that I made to this store. I'm not too sure what I'm more upset about, wether it be about the actual complaint that I had, or wether it was the customer service that I received after I raised the complaint with the store manager. I had my left front passenger tyre replaced, as I simply needed a new tyre. Now I've used kwik fit by choice as up until this point ... I've never had a problem with them, and chose to use them on this occasion, because I've allways felt the work was done to a good standard, and the after service has allways been spot on . Now once I had driven the car,away on Saturday 21 august, I very quickly noticed a knock on the steering wheel so I knew something wasn't quite right, and I shortly afterwards got pulled by the police informing me that my wheel was wobbling all over the place. And the officer even drove the car in the car park to show me. I informed them that wheel had been removed as I needed a replacement tyre. I did not have any problems with that alloy before I got the tyre replacement. Cutting the story shorter than I possibly can. I took the car back the same day ... I made them aware that my wheel had been buckled whilst they had been doing work on it. And before he had even looked at the car. He was extremely dismissive and extremely rude, giving it the talk about how I was questioning his intelligence, because he has been in the job for 12 years, well good for you!!! But my wheel has still been buckled by you guys. He then proceeded to talk to me like a child. And I was extremely offended by his lack of sincerity, and his lack of customer service, considering after many years this is the only problem I have ever had with them. But was very unwilling to help me,so I'm in the process of dealing with the area manager, and if that doesn't attract a satisfactory response then hopefully, his bosses will be able to rectify this for me. I think that's the least I deserve and hopefully my wheel won't fall off in the mean time. I know my rights as a consumer. I will not rest until this problem has been rectified. Hopefully they don't want to loose a very regular customer. As a family we have three dealerships, and we use them all the time. But if they fail to sort this out ... they will be loosing all of our regular custom that is for sure!!!!!!!! But I will give them the chance to rectify !!!!!!!
