I have used Kwik Fit Melton Mowbray for over 5 years - I have been greeted on every occasion by polite, professional and knowledgeable staff. The repairs have always been carried out to a high standard whilst at a reasonable cost. I have always been dealt with promptly within the expected 45 minutes. The team has built a business around exemplary levels of service and care in their workmanship. I never use any other garage.

Kwik fit 50mins to fit one tyre. Custoner service zero no care attitude took manager 30mins to eveb start working on the car despite being booked in. Spent more time larking around and they were not busy 3 of us in .Omg wont ever use again.

Car failed it's MOT at another garage, Kwik Fit manage to get my car in and fixed in time for me getting the car retested the same day, good quick service and I guess that's what you end up paying the extra for. Wouldn't take my car here for general repairs that could wait due to the price.
