Couldn’t recommend this place enough! Alan saved the day when we had a flat tyre on our way to our own wedding venue with a car packed up with flowers, suits and dresses! Wow honestly such a kind and considerate man, he worked through his lunch hour to fit us in in such short notice! Made sure we were in and out within 15 minutes. Such a legend! And a true credit to the company.
My brake light had failed and I wanted it repaired asap. I rang and explained the problem. I was told that if it was the bulb the cost of replacement was approx £10. I was then offered a time slot for the following day. I took it in and the work was done. I also asked if they could reset or reprogramme a ford key. They looked at it but it wasnt possible. I was then advised to try Timpsons as it could be a battery problem although I had installed a new one. Luckily it was the battery and the key now works, potentially saving me a lot of money. I was impressed by Kwikfits honesty, integrity and pricing - well done
Top guys in this place. Always happy to help and fit you in if they can. They don't charge ridiculous prices and don't charge if there isn't an issue. I recently thought I had a nail in the tyre but it was just stuck in the tread. They removed it, checked it and didn't charge me anything. The customer service is also great, always very polite, friendly and courteous. You can trust these guys to get the job done properly and not be hit with a nasty bill at the end.
The gentlemen working here were all so very kind and helpful. Mark gave such a thorough and insightful explanation about when my tyres would be due for replacing and recommendations about doing my MOT I just moved to the UK so all this was much needed. Would definitely come here again
Mark and the team have delivered excellent customer service for me on two occasions recently and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone for tyres and puncture repairs. Nothing is too much trouble. Top class.
I had serval times car fix at widnes branch where the service were very good, particularly with their broad tech skills n knowledge that always let me feel safe n comfortable on the road to drive after their service. Keep up the good work , Mark

The guys here are 100% reliable and extremely helpful. I had a full set of tyres fitted to my Jaguar XF and they went above and beyond when we encountered a problem with my valves... Great guys will be back next month for a Full service.. Thanks Chaps
Wanted nearly £100 to look at a problem that was a 5 minute fix elsewhere and costed me £20 for diagnosis and fix. Robbery
