Just to say thanks to the guys at Kwik Fit Jesmond Road for their very fast and professional service getting the car back on the road and not sounding like a broken-down tractor - also for being nice enough not to charge me for their time repairing the bolts. Much appreciated, thanks guys!

Took my car in for a wheel balance, steering wheel was shaking violently after I collected it and my two alloy wheels were chipped. Spoke to the manger and explained, didn't want to know and had to ask numerous times for him to rebalance the wheels. Won't take responsibility for the damage despite explaining it had just been in for an insurance repair with all previous damage documented. My car also now pulls to the left while driving. On top of all that he also had a terrible attitude, will not be returning 2 months on and still no response from the area manager
