After thinking I'd try these as they were slightly cheaper I now regret it! Avoid and use National or Halfords!
They were rude and unhelpful - more pre-occupied in looking at film reviews on their phones than sorting my car.
I booked a repair, they rang to confirm it twice, and then on the day "couldn't find my booking" or the part (which they had said twice on the phone they had ordered) and it was at the manufacturers instead....solution to this - send ME to Vauxhall to get the part myself...guess what...the part wasn't there when I arrived because they hadn't ordered it. Total waste of my time.
Oh and the part direct from Vauxhall was a third of the price they were quoting me.

Very slow and time wasting over 2.5hrs just to get tyres changed..😴😴😴 #avoidhere!

Never ever take your motor here for a mot, gave 9 advisories on my mot this week shopped around to get work done by 4 garages and only one of the advisories should of been on there (brake pipes coroded) and that was being harsh i have been advised they just needed cleaning not replacing. Loads of stuff like shock absobers leaking every garaged checked them they are perfect and not leaking said discs and pads again should not be on there. Called them up and they said take it up with vosa.  Will never ever get anything done at kwik fit lichfield again and if you have any advisories i recommend you get them checked elsewhere and a second opinion.

I went to this Kwik Fit this afternoon for some advice about minimal damage to my tyre. I was told that the tyre did not need replacing and no attempt was made to sell me anything unnecessarily. They brought my car in, checked my tyre pressure and topped up the air for me. Then, when I turned my engine on to reset the pressure reading, the guy noticed a light come on to say I was low on washer fluid and topped that up for me too. All free of charge. Really impressed, just wish I'd taken the name of the guy who provided such a great service.
