Brilliant service at this branch. My tyre was dropping pressure and not retaining it and I needed to drive 200 miles home that night. They were so busy at the branch but squeezed me in, did a fantastic temporary repair and no charge. Home safely and very grateful - thank you
took my car in for a mot and was met by jason, who was very friendly and approachable. mark the mot tester explained all his findings very clearly and professionally. I would definitely recommend this branch of kwik fit to anyone.
The blad head bloke at the reception took a complete disliking to me for reasons only known to him. He appeared frustrated and unhappy figure from the get go. He gave me a snobby looked from the moment I stepped foot in the reception desk. I requested a diagnosis and service, and he said he won't do either. Bet he woke up on the wrong side of the bed and had to take his frustration to work and to the customers. I used to think Kwik FIT was company that pride itself in serving the public, clearly not from what I experienced at Kwik FIT Newcastle Westgate Road. I feel he has his sinister and ulterior motives that doesn't fit modern society, and those were the reasons why he refused to serve me. I will avoid this particular branch at all cost and will advise you to follow suit as nobody deserves to be treated the way I was treated.
On the Sunday of my visit Jason and Ryan were under the cosh with an endless stream of customers and a phone that seemed to go off every few minutes,despite this,the lads.went above and beyond to try and accommodate even those who hadn't pre-booked a time slot. I had 3 tyres replaced at a very reasonable price for a branded product and the service was carried out with professionalism and in a very courteous manner. Top work lads and thanks again.
The car engine had been getting noisy as though a new exhaust might be needed soon. Jason had the car up on the ramp an hour or so after I booked in and showed me how a rusty bolt was causing the loud humming. Within minutes I was on my way with a new bolt in place and a quiet, happy sound from the engine. And no bill. Absolutely superb service, thank you.
Staff were really polite and friendly, I don't know anything about cars but they explained everything I needed to know and they weren't patronising or anything like that. Got my car sorted out within a day when it needed new brake cylinders and shoes and cleaning because they had burst.
Excellent service. Very quick and professional. Completed 2 tyre changes much quicker than expected. And very personable staff
Went in to make an enquiry as my car had broken down outside. Bald guy at the desk looked at me like I'd just insulted his mum. Couldn't have been more disrespectful and unhelpful if he'd tried.
Staff amazing and willing to help with any questions or queries you may have, work done in a good timely manner.
Amazing customer service from start to finish. Made to feel very welcome. Special mention to Ryan for his outstanding customer service.
