Absolutely saved me today, engine fault flagged up on dash after topping up oil. Popped in to these guys worried about getting home 25 miles away with wee one in tow. Absolutely cannot thank the team there enough. They ran a diagnostic to check the car wasn't showing anything fatal which gave me peace of mind to take me and my baby boy home. They also provided some sound advice too. I'll give the Kwik Fit in my area a chance based on what I have experienced here. Thanks chaps!
Needed to get the spare wheel / tyre checked before holiday! Duncan was excellent on the phone with advice, got it booked in really quickly, brilliant service from them on drop off - even though they were really really busy! And a few hours later the wheel was put back in the boot, resealed and good to go as my spare. No pressure to buy a new tyre just great old fashioned customer service as it should be. Thank you - I'll be back. :

Brilliant and fast service this morning. They had all 4 tyres I needed in stock. Really welcoming and kept me updated all the way through.
We were on our way from Nottingham to Cannock. We had what we thought was a really slow puncture, ha! I had to stop once on the A38 to use our machine to pump it up. Went flat again within 10 mins, so we stopped at Burton, to the F1 autocentre, couldn't do a repair/replacement, short-staffed, they filled it up though. Rang kwik fit cannock, they could fit us in, great! Got to Lichfield, went flat again, so stopped at the nearest garage, kwik fit lichfield. They were brilliant. Made space for us, Fit a new tyre and even emailed us a free tyre/suspension check without me even knowing. Can't fault it, had a nice waiting area and my 4 year old daughter could see the repair process through the glass. She loved it. Thank you to everyone there
Nothing "Kwik" about this place. An hour and a half to replace two tyres, when it was finally done, the wrong two tyres had been replaced. Then another hour wait to have it rectified. Staff seem to be unaware of the huge window that allows customers to observe them plodding around the workshop at a snails pace. Unless, like us, you need a tyre replacement on a Sunday, steer clear and head to Formula One up the road.
Cannot fault the amazing service I always get, Duncan is a very nice polite & helpful person. Will always take my car here as the prices are very competitive too, very happy customer.

Had my MOT here today, they were happy to take my car a few minutes early and was fairly quick, passed with a couple of completely fair advisories 20 year old car moment. Wouldn't hesitate to come back :
