Had a bad puncture. All ready had a tyre from a previous tyre change. They refused to swap it over for me . Saying that I would have to buy a new tyre. Which my reponce was that I don’t want a new tyre just a swap over . They refused to do it . It was a Sunday. So was left to try get to another garage. Stopped often to reflate the tyre so my rims where not damaged. DO NOT USE the staff are rude as well . Put in a complaint directly
Superb sorted out Air con out they did a check a said it needed a recharge and that should sort it out and if it didn’t they don’t charge. Pleased to say it worked thanks.
Don’t bother booking here, useless staff. Had issues for the third time now. Anything to get out of a job.
This kwik fit gone down hill, they don't answer calls, put you on hold for a long time, prob short staffed. Couple of weeks back, a technician accidentally broke my wheel locking nut, which was left inside my wheel. I was told it would get sorted by a specialist within 2-3 weeks. No call, when i chase up, they don't have a clue, false promises of call backs etc, I am still stuck with wheel which cant be removed. Rudderless sinking ship, thats why people go to independent garages.

Spoke and dealt with a top chap named Freddie who was very honest and polite. Sorted my transit no problem. Would recommend.

Visited recently with a tyre issue. Jack identified and sorted the problem quickly and efficiently. He could not have been more helpful. Very polite and knowledgeable. Thank you Jack, your help was very much appreciated.
Went on a Sunday with a slow puncture on one of tyres. Checked everything replaced the tyre and did the alignment. All done within no time. Freddie and Tariq are a credit to the team. Excellent Customer Service.
