The people are very friendly did my tyres while I was waiting. I booked it online and wheel alignment was part of the package with four tyres. However, in the shop they checked and found d the rear driver side to be a bit out BUT did not fix it and told me that only front wheels are part of the package. Since its not specified online its misleading, miss advertising and miss selling. I would have given a five star but due to aforementioned issue giving 3 star.
Fantastic service. Highly recommend. Polite, friendly and professional - was served by George. Exhaust had come apart late on Saturday, rang Sunday morning and were able to see me straight away. Got the car on the lifts and repaired in 5 minutes. All polite lovely staff and didn’t even charge as they got the job done so quickly. Highly recommended!
This is the best place for anything tyre related. Very rare these days but customer service is taken seriously here. Needed a new valve and George had it done in 1 minute, no charge. Can’t recommend highly enough. Thanks George
Very happy with my experience today, first time visit to Sale branch. Having found a screw embedded in my Campervan tire I phoned around and got a positive response to bringing the van over this Sunday. They were busy with other customers so took advantage of some lovely lunch and coffee places not far. Returned to find the puncture was minimal, and didnt need repair, so no charge was made for removing the screw and inspecting the tire. Thank you to the team and guy in charge, sorry I didn’t ask your name. Overall- helpful, efficient and trustworthy. Many thanks

Amazing service from Abdullah and the Sale branch. My tyre pressure light came on whilst taking the children to school. In a panic I drove straight to Kwikfit, explained the issue and that i really needed the car back by 3pm in order to do the school run as my husband was away and I had no alternative car to use. By 1pm it was all sorted. What could have turned into a really stressful day, didn't, and I was extremely grateful!
Had a flat tyre. Booked an appointment they said £30. When I brought the car in they said it’s £90 per tyre and wanted to change three tyres instead of just the one that was flat! I refused as the other two were fine. In the end they couldn’t figure out how to reset the dashboard alarm so I drove away with the red light still on saying check tyres! Also they said it ended up being £90 instead of £30 because of a nail stuck in the tyre but when I asked to see the nail they couldn’t find it. I’m not happy with the experience at all
