I felt very very pleased with my MOT. Staff were very informative regarding my MOT and advised of future 'attention', that my car will need in the future and why it is will that attention. Attending staff were also pleasant and polite. They were able to let me know when my car would be ready for collection when I telephoned for an estimation of collection time. Very happy and impressed.
Popped in on Friday as my front near side tyre had developed a "egg" on the outside edge. They didnt have my tyre size in stock so booked me in for 1.30pm on Saturday. Had new tyre fitted quickly and got me on my way. Great service and very friendly and helpful staff. I would highly recommend.
My car volvo xc40 was booked in for an MOT AT 10.45 today 9 July. I reached Kwik Fit at 10.35 and waited several minutes for someone to see to me at reception. The manager eventually came out. I asked how long it would take to be told, they are running late and they've just taken another car in. It would take 45 mins before they could even get to my car so in other words, 45 mins later than the scheduled booking time. I asked if they could do anything but advised they only had one testing bay. I asked why they couldn't phone me if they knew they were running late. All in all a wasted booking and a wasted journey there and back. Kwik Fit were rubbish when I used them about 5 years ago and it appears that not much has changed. What's the point of booking if you can't keep to the timings? As today is the last day of MOT I have had to find an alternative test centre. Wasted my entire day and disrupted my work schedule.
I had a slow puncture and work away from home and had struggled to get a fast service on the Wirral. These guys despite being busy fitted me in and provided a quick and professional service. I don’t normally fill these things in but you have a good team at that depot.
For me they have always been helpful and the work they have done to my car over the last year has been amazing. There was some work that I had to go dealership for and they coplimented on the work these guys did do. This car I own is also my first car and when I have had stupid mechanical questions like how to reset my tyre pressure sensor they was happy to help and answer them.
Provided straightforward advice about my car door. Cheers!

Top manager here, previously went to Wolverhampton to be told they couldn't do the tracking on van. No issues here and no bullsh!t extras like oh your tyres are all worn
Always received great service here and it's now my number one choice for servicing and MOT. I usually drop the car off in the morning but if you want to wait there's a good-sized waiting area, or you could pop into Oldbury a short walk up the road to grab food or a drink if you might be waiting a while. Staff friendly and knowledgeable.
Fantastic service today from the team. Excellent organisational skills from Cadston the site manager, he is a credit to the Kwik Fit organisation. The premesis is we’re clean and tidy and I was offered refreshment and free Wi-fi in arrival.
