Tony cost his business around £100 today through a lack of people skills and basic good manners. If you don’t want me to enter your (empty and quiet) workshop to ask you a question while you look at my vehicle that’s fine, but don’t jab your finger in my face and snap at me to get back to the waiting room. And I’m not a “young lad” as you described me to another customer. What a berk.

I have always received a good, efficient,and friendly service from the team at Haugh Lane in Hexham. (Recent visit 19/12/2017 for MOT and tyres)  Shane, Matthew and manager Tony Brown are always willing to discuss and explain any issues relating to my vehicle and advise accordingly.
