Every time I have come here over the last few years, Nigel and the team have always looked after me. Fantastic customer experience and service every single time, Nigel is always extremely helpful and overall the services are very good value. Thanks for sorting my valve stem today.
Nigel and his team are brilliant. I was visiting from London and the tyre was bulging. Spoke to Nigel in the phone and he said he could look at it the next day. I bought the car in and they had new 22” tyres fitted on the car the same day including getting them delivered. Great service from a knowledgeable team. Nigel’s customer service is brilliant. One of the best Kwik Fits I have ever been to.
Tracking and wheel alignment. Great price , great service, no false promises about time. Tim, at the front desk told me it could take around 2hrs however, within 1hr I had a call saying he'd managed to juggle some jobs around it was ready to pick up. Tim, was very informative and professional, I would definitely recommend Kwik Fit Hereford
Everything ran very smoothly! It was easy and quick to book the appointment online. I was seen to immediately when I arrived and the car was ready for me when I arrived back. Friendly and helpful staff member at the desk who answered my questions.
Excellent service. Friendly, helpful and efficient. No need to pre-book and had my tyres in stock. Car was ready in short period of time. But no pressure to return and pick my car up straight away after the work was finished. Will definitely continue to use.
Very disappointed service. I booked an appointment and the day before they change the time and rebooked and sent me a text. Then I went there but they were told me that you had the appointment early which my original booking Then I showed the text that I got yesterday but no one has no idea who sent it and they refused to take my car over. Even the manager has no idea. If my booking show early in the system they should have called me when I was late as I paid full price before I went there. There were three people sitting in the office and they were having chat not work including manager. The manager is not suitable for managing post as no respect for customers and he has no idea who sent these text when I asked him. He was just saying came back later. Finally I was asked a refund and he accepted and said it will take 3-5 working days. I have been waited more than a week and had to contact kwik fit customer support to get my money back. So who is reading my review can understand how they respect to customers and how they doing their job as they were not ready to give me the service or either they won’t give me my money back. The worst kwik fit ever.
Used this place mainly for MOT and seasonal checks. Recently free wheel alignment for free, but aligment itself cost £90 +vat. Several car repair stations and private car park. Friendly staff and worm waiting room with hot drink.
Brilliant service from Nigel. He couldn’t have been more helpful. I was stranded when my tyre blew. It got towed to KwikFit overnight and it was all sorted by 0930 the next morning.
The one and only place in the country I will Come to get my tyres done, even if that means coming from London. Nigel isn’t just a manager, he’s an encyclopaedia of knowledge on tyres and will always go out of his way to help you. He and his team have always treated my cars with the upmost care and supplied brilliant tyres at incredible prices. If you own a performance car, come here.
Had a slow puncture nearside front and popped into my local kwikfit at Hereford. They sorted me then and there - very polite and efficient service
