Because your staff at Harpenden - particularly Mike - went out of their way to help solve my problem.  Even though obviously short staffed, Mike took time to analyse the problem, suggest a solution and arranged the repair.  Couldn't have been more helpful.

Really friendly and professional. Helped with a very last minute request that meant our whole family could still go on our holiday as planned. Two punctures fixed two separate occasions without the expected upsell for new tyres. Very pleasantly surprised and several levels above the service received in other KF garages, used in the past. Thank you!

I arrived 2 minutes early for appointment and was met as I drove in by technician doing the MOT.  Super pleasant person.  Said it would take around 45 minutes at at that timing my mobile got a call to say all ready!  Very impressive.  Many thanks

Took my car in for MOT last Tuesday with temperatures at 40 degrees. You could se the sweat pouring off the team and exhaustion but never the less they where professional courteous and helpful and did a great job on servicing my car. I was very impressed.

Great tyre repair & MOT place, always try to fit you in!

had my wifes car in for 4 new tyres and alignment, spending £700 only to find the control panel broken to the dashboard which was not broken before leaving the car with them. My wife went to explain but got an unfriendly unhelpful , contempt reply and "maybe they can help"   I went back to get the district managers name "sylvester" who has yet to reply to my complaint after 3 weeks.  had to buy a new mazda part costing over £140 fitted which i will claim against Kwik Fit.  Overall complete disgust in this issue with them and their not bothered attitude. will NEVEr use these people again even though this branch is the closest.

Had a concern that I had a slow puncture on a car tyre. Quick  professional service at Kwik Fit Harpenden very quickly addressed the situation. Always impressed by how well I am treated by them especially Mike who I think it is the branch manager.

Been to the Harpenden branch twice in the last couple of weeks & both Mike & Matt have looked after me with great professionalism! Top guys !! Thanks
