I had a slow puncture and was expecting to need new tyres but they inspected the tyre, found a nail and repaired it for a fraction of the cost of new tyres. No appointment was necessary, I just turned up and they fixed it within the hour. Very professional and friendly staff who showed me the issue and explained how they would fix it. Can’t recommend them enough.
Visited Kwik Fit this morning for two dipped headlights and sidelight to be fitted. This work was done very efficiently and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend
Don’t trust this company. Went in for a full service and staff tried to tell me both my front and rear discs and pads needed to be changed ASAP. My uncle is an experienced mechanic and I always take my BMW car to him but needed the MOT done in a short time frame which is why I booked with Kwik Fit. I then booked the supposed work with my uncle 3 hours away and today when he’s looked at my car said they are only 20-25% worn and absolutely do not need changed. I feel Kwit Fit have tried to scam me which is shocking! I will not be taking my car to a kwik fit again. Disgusting!
Booked. in today for puncture repair. Got there 10 minutes early and Jack checked me in promptly and repaired the car real quick. He was polite, friendly and professional at all times. A credit to Kwik Fit.

Used this centre a few times over the years, today probably the friendliest experience I've had. Dylan explained everything in detail, very happy with the service, especially at such short notice.
It’s true that the staff might not be the most customer-friendly. However, I got my front wheels realigned very quickly and was charged an acceptable price. Overall I cannot really complain.
Fast efficient service,made pre vista appointment which was kept too meaning a limited wait whilst works were carried out. Friendly, professional service from staff member.
We changed four tyres. We knew one of the tyres was not too bad; however, we don´t like to have three new tyres and one used, so we changed all four. Great and quick service, nice guys and also they did a free vehicle health check that we didn´t need it. Thanks Sam and Simon for your work.
