Positive experience with M. Ali at Kwik Fit - Regent Street in Leeds. After my car initially failed it's MOT Mr Ali pointed out the fixes that needed done. I made those then he was able to see me same day I called back, which was a big win. Would recommend using this branch for sure. The other employees were also friendly and welcoming.
I've used this branch in the past and preferred them to the other local ones closer to me. I was disappointed on my last visit. Booked my service over the phone and went in midweek to confirm all the parts would be available. I was told I was on the list of calls to be made to cancel as the engineer was off sick and no replacement could be gotten. A day before I get a text confirming my appointment was still on. On the morning of my confirmed appointment I get a call saying the engineer "just" called in sick. This rubbed me the wrong way as this information had been known for a few days prior

I went in without an appointment hoping that they could fix a slow puncture. Thank you to Mark who fixed it straight away, much quicker than expected and at a very reasonable price. I will definitely be back! :
Pleasantly surprised with how positive an experience I had today. Exhaust started making an odd noise, and so I took it in to Kwik Fit. Here I was told to wait in the waiting room whilst they had a look. In not even 5 minutes my keys were handed back to me and the issue had been resolved. As a woman, it gives me the fear whenever anything goes wrong with my car, as garages often take advantage of 'clueless about cars' women, however I felt so safe/well informed and will be returning/recommending these guys to my friends too. Thank you so much to Brian and Liam you really did save the day!
V good service - even though we ended up having to buy two tyres, the people helping us were excellent
Really friendly and helpful staff especially one guy who was helping me with my tyre when i thought i had a slow puncture,turns out it needed the wheel refurbishing but he explained they don't do that but gave me advice on where to go and a rough cost and after all that he didn't charge me for finding the problem,cant remember his name i wana say Mark but may be wrong but he was travelling to bridlington a day after me to see family, anyway this guy really is a genuinely nice guy and not what i expected as i really don't have a clue about cars and work needed etc,thanks for a great experience and il definitely be back if any problems arise with my tyres
After being in KwikFit crossgate branch long time ago with small tyre punch,they told everything fine,changed front wheels to rear and asked 48£ for doing nothing punch was repaired in other tyre service for 5min and 10£ I was thinked newer again will be back to KwikFit Today was another try, fitting new tyres but in Regent Street branch. Just no comments and 5 stars. Drop car,wait,done. Mike professionally cleaned wheel and found defect on one of my wheels thanks to him, saved from bigger troubles. If you go to KwikFit in Leeds, only choose Regent Street branch
great service, called and let us know when vehicle was ready MOT was up on government site immediately.
