Lovely staff! Fitted me in straight away and the job was finished within an hour. Great customer service and very honest! My first time taking my car into kwik fit and will definitely be returning with any future problems! X
Avoid at all costs! Booked in for MOT and service for today, 30th March at 8.30. On arrival was informed that they couldn't do the MOT because they had nobody to do it and they hadn't been able to do any since Tuesday. When asked why they hadn't phoned was met with no reply other than to say they could still do the service but were unable to give another date for the MOT. There was no apology whatsoever. Appalling customer service, will not be using them again.
Brilliant lads here at congleton branch. First class service. Bang on time fitting. Highly recommended. Very competitive price tyres and very easy to book appointment. I will certainly be using this centre again. Cheers nice one
I visited Kwik fit in congleton on Sunday. They were a le to fit me in staright away. The staff were friendly and the time they said my car would be ready, it was. Told me I didnt need new tyres just valves so I was very pleased. Very honest guys. Would definately return and would reccommend
Booked in for new exhaust at 10.30 today. As I lived a distance away I did previously tell them I would have to wait. At 11.45 I asked why the job hadn't been started. Eventually it was put on ramp, only to be told 20 minutes later that the replacement exhaust Was the wrong one. Only redeeming feature, Brian offered to run me home and collect me when my car is ready. After sitting in a cold depressing waiting room, with not even a drinks machine available I will not be using Kwik Fit again.
Excellent service by Steve, I took my car in after work on Sunday after my tyre pressure kept coming on despite having put air in. Steve diagnosed the issue promptly, fixed a tyre and rebalanced all in within around 15 mins. Highly recommend. Thanks Steve!
The delivery driver was late so I had to wait some time which was frustrating. The gentleman that did the job Steve was fantastic. I remembered his excellent customer service from a previous visit.
First class service today from Kwik Fit in Congleton. Brian managed to fix the problem quickly and offered some good advice. Honest and friendly - excellent customer service. Recommended.
I have often used this Kwik fit at Congleton for MOT and also tyres. The staff are excellent and very efficient. Prices are good. I would highly recommend this place.
