Amazing! Very nice attitude, sincerely care about the customer. I went to fix the engine cover undertray. They checked it very carefully, and did an excellent job using the bolts and screws I took! Last but not least, they did not charge me a penny. What a great place!

Towed to Kwik Fit Dorking due to flat tyre ~ Staff extremely helpful pumped up tyres sent me on my way despite being short staffed!! Honest and helpful

Very poor customer service, did not fix the problem and left my car in a mess. Had to look for someone else, who solved the issue in 1 hour. Will never use their services again.

I am rarely inclined to write reviews for anything, but I feel motivated to write a few lines about Kwik-Fit in Dorking, who sorted out my car tyres recently, also some air con re-gassing. I found the service to be exceptional. Ashley, on the front desk, was friendly, polite and patient, and took time to ensure that I was kept informed at all stages of the balancing / alignment. The after-sales support is very good. I was impressed with the whole set-up at Dorking and would recommend them to anyone looking for high quality, reasonably priced car servicing.

Do not under any circumstances use these people, I took my car in to them for a MOT and service, I required two new tyres to pass the MOT, all told it cost me over £400. After I got the car back we noticed a strange noise coming from the front of the car, so I took the car back to them twice neither time were they able to identify the problem and suggested I take it to a Mazda dealer, which I did. The Mazda dealer immediately identified the problem, three of the wheel nut were not tightened! That’s right, when they changed my tyres they failed to tighten the wheel nuts, not only that but over the course of two days they were unable to spot they problem, what they hell were they doing. You would have thought that tightening wheel nuts would be item one on the list of things to check but apparently not if you work for Kwik fit. Amazingly it passed an MOT in this condition. I have complained in writing to them over two weeks ago and so far no response, clearly their customer care staff are as incompetent as their service staff. So unless you fancy the prospect of a wheel coming of your car while driving up and down the motorway (which could easily have happened to us) I strongly suggest you take your car somewhere else, anywhere else.
