I don't often leave reviews anywhere - there seem to be enough on Google already!  However, I absolutely did want to leave a very positive review of my experience yesterday at the Congleton branch.  I was dealt with by Tom who, after looking at the tyre on my Mondeo which had a nail in it, told me it wouldn't need to be replaced, that it could actually be repaired.  This he did most efficiently, telling me at every stage what he was doing, how the repair worked and what each piece of machinery did.  Polite, friendly and very, very helpful, Tom is a credit to the Kwik Fit company

First class service today from Kwik Fit in Congleton. Brian managed to fix the problem quickly and offered some good advice. Honest and friendly - excellent customer service. Recommended.

The delivery driver was late so I had to wait some time which was frustrating. The gentleman that did the job Steve was fantastic. I remembered his excellent customer service from a previous visit.

I have often used this Kwik fit at Congleton for MOT and also tyres. The staff are excellent and very efficient. Prices are good. I would highly recommend this place.

Very friendly customer service answered a query I had with windscreen washer and offered to take a look if required fixing.  MOT completed in time  was easy to book MOT online

Booked MOT online, got a call the morning of the MOT to cancel. Got told two weeks later was earliest I could be fitted in although looking online slots were showing as available every day in the following days.  Had to cancel as this was after MOT was due to expire. Was told refund would be processed. Have just rang back as still no refund. Now been told don’t know and ring customer service. Waste of time!

This morning my window wipers came off the track on my way into work, I managed to get the car here and the guys at kwikfit fixed the window wiper track and fitted the new wipers immediately - no waiting around. I was back on the road in 10 minutes! So thankful they were able to get me back on the road again so quickly - definitely recommend!

WELL, i tried to contact Steve since last week, left a message with one of his "Fitters" and nobody has bothered to come back to me, and nobody ever picks the PHONE UP !!! Anyway the Good news is Steve the manager picked up my call today and has done me a great deal on my next set of Bentley Tyres. Well done Steve !!

Shocking experience taking car in for an MOT. When we went to collect car we were told it had failed on a light bulb and wouldn't be ready for two hours. We couldn't wait so we said we'd replace it ourselves whereupon the chap.daid "right I'll take it out then" and went and removed the bulb. He then said it'd cost £20 to bring it back for the retest which is not true, it's free. Called to complain,they apologised and we got the free retest but we will NEVER use Kwik fit again. They lost two customers.

Congleton Branch.  Absolutely superb.  I was told I needed 2 new front tyres by another competitor so I said would devide later.  But when I came to Congleton to have them changed they were so honest to tell me they dont need changing, loads of tread, I had at least another 4000 miles.  They could have just changed them but their honesty saved me some cash for christmas.  Thankyou so much guys.
