KWIK-FIT Clacton on sea is the best. From the first phone call with ,the manager John , he was Profesional,informative and helpful.He got my 4 new Michelin tyres fitted in time and efficiently. There were a few issues with my car and the tyres and John continued to be Professional and extremely helpful and conscientious. I cannot thank him enough for the follow up phone calls he made to me after fitting the tyres. Hi, I must say came here today with my mum, Ford fiesta needed air in tyres could not do it at the supermarket. The guy who helped us was absolutely fantastic, he drove the car in, put air in the tyres, then reset the notification on the dash. I had tried to do this many times for my mum. He took the time to show me how to do it. He checked all the fluids were up to max level too. Half an hour later my mum scratched her alloy wheel went back to him and he gave us the number of somebody who could sort it. He was so helpful, so polite, went out of his way to help, and is an absolute credit to Kwik Fit. I didn’t get his name but I would like to thank him so much for all of his help today.
