I can’t speak highly enough of this branch of Kwikfit, which rescued me from car woes while visiting the area. The staff were courteous and professional and made all efforts to diagnose the problem. I would particularly like to praise Mike, who finally spotted why my car was making an alarming scraping sound when being driven off. This was fixed immediately with no charge. Thank you!!

These guys were ace. They went above for me. My rear tyres are quite hard to find, and having been messed around by two previous fitters; these guys called me back after the weekend, like they said they would having checked with their suppliers, and got me in quickly. Then to top it all off, when it came to pay; it was £75 cheaper than the first quote I was given.

Went to Cheadle Kwikfit after being told by staff at the Stockport branch were fully booked and too busy to fit me in - even though it was before 4pm on a friday and there was only "1" car on the ramp, clearly NOT too busy or fully booked! Anyway, took a 10 minute drive to the Cheadle branch and was extremely impressed at how nice, polite, friendly and efficient the staff there was. A complete difference to Stockport. I went in and was greeted by a happy smiling face on the reception desk. The lady took my keys and my car had 3 brand new much needed tyres put on it and was done so quickly that i was driving home 20 minutes later! Needless to say Cheadle Kwikfit will be my 1st choice for new tyres or repairs next time! Thank you so much CHEADLE KWIKFIT - u really saved my bacon!!

Disappointed with the service. Ok it was 5.30 pm but they say they are open till 6 pm. My wife noticed her tyre was low so I pumped it up then drove to this branch. The lad there said he could not check it over because he had just swept up and told me to come back next day. My tyres are about £100 each so tomorrow I will take my custom elsewhere.

Wow. Not surprised for the low review. Anyway. They will try upsell you tyres too at the highest price. Make an excuse over the smallest thing wrong with tyres. But not illegal. Then talk about big cars and big bills. Good job I didnt take my business to them because the only thing I payed was £20 else where when I was ready to pay kwikfit nearly £100 before trying to sell me 2 tyres over £500 altogether. However. The young women with santa hat on and glasses was nice and kind. The bloke on the other hand seemed like he hated his job or just people with nicer cars. Loser.

Even though the work was OK, the fitted tyres need a white paste I think in order to seal them from the rim. This paste was everywhere on all wheel as well as all the way round the door to as well as on the side of the car. Not good. Had it been a brand new car I would give this les than 1

Mike and Megan couldn’t have been more helpful. Nothing is ever to much hassle. Always take the time to explain to me what they are doing and why there doing it. Wouldn’t go anywhere else

I’ve just been there. There was a female worker there.  Was very very rude did not greet me or anything she yelled at me saying YOU GONNA HAVE TO WAIT as I drove to get my tires checked. The guy on the other hand was very polite

Very reassuring served by Mike. Polite, courteous and took the time to answer all my questions and explain the required works. I then watched these works being carried out and it was clear they do a thorough professional job. If you're local I'd definitely recommend this particular Kwik Fit Cheadle - I've tried lots of other places where you feel rushed, an inconvenience for asking simple questions, even intimidated and then the job's done as quick as possible and often not very well. This Kwik Fit was a refreshing change and I'll now be a returning customer.

We use this place regular, Ian, Mike, Meg and the other team are always polite friendly and professional nothing is ever to much to ask. Would recommend to all.
