Latest review 06/09/24 - I was neither happy are unhappy I feel the MOT and subsequent repairs took longer and were more expensive than I had anticipated bearing in mind that I had only recently had the car in for extensive service 7 or 8 weeks prior.nnI received valid, focussed advice from the garage, who then expertly serviced the car, leaving it ready at the end of the day in superb condition!nI would like to thank the team for confidently allowing me to drive to France in my Focus!
Really good service today. Called as Guisborough was really busy - Neil the manager got me in straight away and tested the battery. A new one was needed and I drove away within 25 minutes. Fantastic service. Would highly recommend.
Really helpful staff. Tyre was pierced but no tyre in the stock. The lovely staff helped contacted fitting service and leave the door open for me. They’re professional and deserved to be the best in town !
I was hugely impressed with the service l received today on my car by Joles. He was very helpful and knowledgeable, nothing was too much bother and everything was explained to me in full.nI would recommend this garage highly, they fit me in straight away, the staff are all very friendly and the standard of work is exceptional!nI don’t often write reviews but in this case l felt as if l should and would highly recommend them to anyone!
