Possibly the worst garage I have ever been to. I was unfortunate enough to get a puncture while travelling through Aylesbury. The closest place happened to be this awful garage and even though I knew about the bad rep of kwik fit already I had to bite the bullet to be able to continue with my journey. I arrived with plenty of air left in my tyre and asked them if they could fit me in, they happily did. Throughout my time in the waiting room they had various complaints. Finally by the time my car was able to be worked on the tyre was completely flat. This didn’t phase the mechanic as he drove the car with the flat from the parking space into the workshop causing damage to the wheel and also completely finishing the tyre off so I had no choice but to buy a new one even though it was an easy repair while also damaging my rim. £150 later for a budget tyre I come out to my car to be greeted by a huge deep scratch along my drives door and back wing of the car. I went to speak to Steve about this who was completely rude and started shouting at me. This is not the way to deal with customers. He quickly denied everything and they shut the whole shop front up and locked the doors. I have tried to get in touch with the store about this but they say they have viewed cctv which they will not let me view and they also miraculously seem to have a customer who has left a witness statement to say they see my car apparently already parked up with this huge scratch on it which is a complete lie. DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE IF YOU HAVE ANY PRIDE IN YOUR CAR! Utter rip off, purposely damage your car to get money off you then deny it. When questioned why they drove the car with a flat tyre to the workshop the response from Steve was we’ve been doing it for 40 years and never damaged anyone’s wheels. This is obviously a big concern as the car is completely uncontrollable with a flat tyre and makes me question the garages ability? They have no safety concerns for people in the area by doing this and they have no care for customers Car. Useless garage!
