Just been to have a new tyre fitted. We had accidentally ordered the wrong one however the guys quickly sorted it for us and even price matched on what we had already paid. Top notch service!
I ordered a tyre online as per the recommended for my vehicle, when I took my car to get the tyre swapped over as it was flat, I was advised the wrong one was ordered. I had already paid £75 for the tyre and was advised the one I needed which they had in stock was another £65 on top of what I had paid. Whilst I was there I checked and the tyre I should have ordered was only £75 which I could have had fitted the next day but needed my car that day.
The greeting was non existent, but he did start straight away. Then they said I had failed the MOT but only explanation they gave me for it was ‘you’ve got no handbrake’. Which doesn’t make sense and, I definitely do have a handbrake. Then when I did ask what he meant by it he just said it doesn’t work, which also wasn’t helpful as it does work. Then said nothing about organising to fix it or help, so I just left.
Just wanted to say a huge thank you to the guys here for helping me out whilst on the way to a funeral on Tuesday morning. I had a major tyre puncture. I had to be in Peterborough within 3 hours. Thanks to your team me and my kids made it because you guys pulled out all the stops to get us on our way...huge thanks guys. Tremendous service .Highly recommended
