Food was delicious and very fresh tasting, the best chicken green pepper black bean sauce we've had in years, not too dark and just right amount of black bean. Chicken curry fried rice was lovely. Would Def order againFood: 5/5

Myself and my family used this takeaway while on holiday and I found the 'behind the counter' staff very friendly and helpful, it took a little while longer than expected to get our food and part of of £50+ order was wrong as I got 2 dishes that I didn't order but as we had travelled all day we just accepted this and ate what was in front if us and in defence if tge restaurant it was very tasty whatever it was The food was nice and hot and the portions were perfect.

Visiting the area and chose Chinese for tea. The food was amazing. Served by friendly staff who shared lots of ideas how to spend our few days in the area. Quality of food was incredible and portion sizes generous. Food was piping hot all the way home. Highly recommend KwansFood: 5/5

Normally go to an incredible Chinese in Langlee, but found myself in Kelso and thought I would give this place a bash.  Food was quite good, not a lot of meat/shrimp in the hot and sour soup but it was Okeh.  The prawn crackers are really cheap, tasteless and nasty.  Overall, quite a good meal though, but they did have a lot to live up to compared to the Langlee Chinese.  6/10.  Nice front of house staff too.

Lordy lord if anyone from south edinburgh burdiehouse area reads this then this is the closest to Linda's as your going to get! I was recommended this place by a mate and she hit the nail in the head the food was out of this world fresh oil veg cooked perfect, their sweet and sour chilli beef was that good you would sell your yer maw for a plate of it everything was 10/10 deffo my go to place now 1 trillion %

This one is tough to review. The wonton soup is fragrant and delicious, the battered chicken with sweet and sour sauce is crispy, juicy and succulent and well seasoned, the prawns in satay sauce were gorgeous and all dishes seem to come with a healthybalanceofveggies. The beef in Blackbean sauce was OK but we think let the side down either that or the prawn crackers as several of us had loose bowels after consumption. Highly Recommend the chef reduces the menu choices massively and focuses on authentic Chinese dishes  ensuring fresh ingredients in a clean kitchen are always used. The cooking is too good to be undermined like this.

We had a really good meal tonight from Kwans couldn't be better. Really recommend it.Food: 5/5
