I actually went here for a Physiotherapy Appointment. They have the Independent Physiotherapy Service room at the back. 

I went here due to a crash that I had in December last year. They have been very patient and helpful during my visit and also arranging times. I only briefly went into Kutz N Kurls although even the staff their were very approachable.

All in all, a very nice place to visit.

Have been to many hair salons in the Blackwood Oakdale area  and have not found anyone who can compete with Donna Wallbank and her Team at Brynmawr
Fabulous cut & blow dry each time I visited never had to complain over a period of many years   
Wish she would open a salon closer to Blackwood

Called them this morning regarding the prices for a wax and manicure. The lady on the other end told me to look on their website for prices. I explained that I already did and there was no price list. The lady put me on hold to look for it and said it was taken off the website (No s*it Sherlock). Asked her if she could tell me over the phone but said she couldn't as she didn't know and said she would email me the price list, which I'm still waiting for. 

You don't have a price list on your website and you can't say what the prices are over the phone? ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME?! How can you not know what your prices are? Idiotic beyond all reason. You have lost a prospective customer today and potentially lose custom from other people if you show this much incompetence.
