Nine minutes late for an appointment. Called left a message to let them know. Parked the car, paid £4. Arrived to be told that they couldn't do my hair now as the stylist had another appointment straight after. 9 minutes really. Work a bit quicker? Call and let the person know before they park their car, waste their money and their time. Shocking customer experience.

Top Notch Quality Hair Salon. Would highly recommend this place to everyone - 10/10 for quality, service, ambiance and making the customer (me) feel at ease. This is now my one and only place to go.

Superb service with a smile and well worth the price. This is a quality salon and staff here are warm and welcoming, offering drinks and really talking through with you what you want from your hair. They offer advice on suitable products for your preferred style and just generally make you feel fab from the moment you walk through the door. Cannot recommend it enough and this is coming from a girl with locks so temperamental that they only have to look at a bottle of shampoo in order to frizz....
