Formerly one of the most beautiful and lively art galleries on the South Coast, with a jam-packed programme, unique and exciting events (music, literature, performance, workshops, education), a huge range of exhibitions. Loads of stuff for families and young people.

Tragically the Kube was closed by Bournemouth and Poole College in 2010 and is now being used as a glorified computer library. Which is completely unsuitable because the building is made of glass so far too hot to house computers - the stunning glass atrium is now completely wasted as the blinds have to be closed all year round. A total waste of a critical cultural space for the public of Dorset to enjoy. A total gem.
