Nightmare service beware! No communication complete incompetence the accountant lost important documents I then phoned up told them I was going to go with another accountant after 4 months of being messed about because I wasn’t happy so instead of apologising and trying fix the problems the woman on the phone basically got argumentative then hung up on me! Not a pleasant experience,

DO NOT USE - these people promised me the best service ever and charged accordingly. They didn't deliver anything promised and when challenged were very slippery and in my opinion dishonest. Don't use them. There are better services out there.

Been working with these guys for some time. Great company that have really helped our business and continue to do so. Great advice and nice people to deal with.

KTS Owens Thomas provide an outstanding service and have always been very helpful whenever we communicate with them. Would definitely recommend.

Sadly they took a long time to get back with simple accounts to me and then did not submit my self assessment form to HMRC despite taking my money (overpriced). Would suggest you go elsewhere.
