My partner and I both use this chemist, it isn't the best. Prescriptions are supposed to be ordered automatically for us both but when I go to pick them up they are not ordered. 2 stars because the ladies behind the counter as so nice.

Consistently terrible service. We had been using this chemist for almost four years and my partner wasn't keen to change as he has a very large prescription that was (supposed to be) sent automatically. Constant problems with items not being provided, late prescriptions. Just shocking. 

They do not open the door until late. They pull the shutter down early. They don't answer the phone. We're able to complian but more vulnerable people would find this behaviour extremely upsetting.
